High land and building costs are not a
factor in Kosciusko-Attala County. Instead, new businesses find some of
the most affordable land, construction and labor costs in the country.
Add in cost of living/cost of housing figures well below the national
average, as well as some of the lowest taxes in the nation, and the
future looks bright for corporate moves or start-ups.
Attala County offers two state-of-the-art
industrial parks. The newest, Kosciusko Industrial Park, is located on
224 acres and is serviced by three electric power distributors.
